Projects
At IBM, our main focus was to build a unified platform that consolidates multiple web applications into a single "one-stop-shop" for our B2B business partners. Initially, the applications were integrated without considering the platform's structural design, resulting in a disjointed and complex user experience. To address this, we seized the opportunity to conduct research and identified existing navigational issues. Our goal was to establish a new information architecture, serving as a comprehensive reference point for our product teams.
02 UCL Report & Support
Working in collaboration, myself and two fellow students from UCL's MSc in Human-Computer Interaction program we conducted user-experience research for the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) team. Our goal was to evaluate the user-friendliness of the team's report and support website. Our evaluation encompassed both the public-facing website (front-end) and the UCL-facing dashboard, where reports are processed and stored (back-end).
03 Market Deep Dive
In two high-growth European markets, our product had gained strong early traction, but growth had outpaced our understanding of local user needs. We saw an opportunity to step back and conduct focused research to uncover behavioural patterns, market-specific needs, and product gaps. The goal was to inform our localisation strategy and identify clear opportunities to strengthen product–market fit.
