In an engaging panel discussion, esteemed researchers from Google, Mednix, and Gousto joined me to share insights and best practices in research methodologies. We explored the significance of user-centered design and the role of research in informing product development. The panelists highlighted the value of mixed-method approaches, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods for comprehensive insights.

Collaborating to design inclusive solutions

During a presentation at Lancaster University, my team and I had the privilege of introducing students to the fundamentals of design thinking. We walked them through the iterative and human-centered approach of design thinking, emphasizing the importance of empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing. We discussed real-life examples to illustrate how design thinking can be applied to solve complex problems and drive innovation across various disciplines.
